Mission
The mission is to enhance English education in Japan by providing Junior High and High School ALTs and JTEs with practical, student-centered resources. These include downloadable team-teaching modules, editable digital activities, and peer-support structures designed to increase classroom participation and oral fluency. While current materials primarily support junior high school, ongoing efforts aim to expand offerings to include high school content.

The vision is for a Japan where students regularly practice English communication, supported by confident ALTs and JTEs collaborating across schools through a vibrant online community. By equipping educators with effective tools and fostering a culture of shared practice, a sustainable, nationwide network is created to enhance English learning for all students.
